UPAABC invites Filipino diaspora for Tulay at Gabay 2025 presentation

SURREY, British Columbia — The UP Alumni Association in BC (UPAABC) openly invites members of the Filipino community for its “Tulay at Gabay 2025: What We Heard Presentation” set for March 14, 2026 at the Civic Autograph Hotel in Central Avenue.
“Tulay at Gabay 2025: What We Heard Presentation is a community gathering where we will share the findings from our year‑long consultations, conventions, and research on the experiences of Filipino migrants navigating Canada’s shifting immigration landscape,” the event description read.
“Over the past year, we listened to workers, families, advocates, and community leaders across BC. This presentation will highlight the key themes, challenges, and stories we heard, as well as the policy recommendations we are putting forward to better support Filipino migrants facing uncertainty,” it further explained.
The admission to this event is free. Interested participants may register through the QR code provided in the poster.
