First Impressions: Black Water’s New Deo Body Spray Collection

Published

By Arianne Lacanilao, Philippine Canadian Inquirer

Black Water launched its new Deo Body Spray collection on January 26, featuring five different scents designed to suit various moods and personalities. I recently had the chance to try them out, and they definitely left an impression!

A Scent for Every Mood

The collection includes:
Wish – A light, uplifting fragrance with a fresh and airy feel.
Whimsy – Playful and bright, perfect for a fun, energetic vibe.
Dream – A calming, soothing scent that’s great for unwinding.
Spell – Bold and captivating, ideal for making a statement.
Lullaby – Soft and gentle, with a cozy and comforting touch.

How It Went for Me
One thing that stood out immediately was the intensity of the scents. They’re quite strong, which may appeal to those who enjoy bold fragrances. If you prefer something more subtle, applying sparingly might be the way to go.

The lasting power is impressive! The fragrance lingered for several hours without the need for reapplication. The fine mist distributes evenly, though some scents felt more overpowering at first.

Personally, Wish gave a nice, fresh boost in the morning, while Spell and Dream were a bit too strong for my taste. Lullaby felt more balanced, making it my favorite for everyday wear.

My Final Take
Black Water’s Deo Body Spray collection offers long-lasting fragrances with bold scents. It’s worth checking out if you enjoy strong, enduring sprays.

Those who prefer lighter scents might need to apply with a light hand or opt for the softer variants like Lullaby.
