MANILA — Online banking channels of Security Bank will be inaccessible from March 29, 2018 until the following day in line with the bank’s system maintenance.

In an advisory Monday, the bank said there will be limited cash withdrawals on its Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), limited use of debit and ATM cards for online and store purchases and there will be no interbank fund transfer from 10 p.m. of March 29 until 4 a.m. the following day.

From 4 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday, all Security Bank ATMs nationwide will not be accessible, as well as the use of debit cards and ATM cards for online or store purchases and for withdrawals.

Online, phone and mobile banking for personal or business banking as well as interbank fund transfer will also not be possible during the said five-hour period, the bank said.

Thus, the advisory called on Security Bank clients “to plan your transactions ahead of time.”

“For our Payroll Partners, we encourage advance payroll crediting in order to give your employees ample time to prepare and minimize any inconvenience,” it said.
