John Lloyd dropped a fiercer bomb on his Instagram account that got the people to talk louder, as he captioned “Sobrang baduy neto pero (This may really be cheesy but) this girl really did something good to my soul. I’ll always be grateful.” (Photo: johnlloydcruztm/Instagram)

From the Cebu escapade that started it all, to the endearments ‘baby’ and ‘baby love,’ to the social media posts and ‘sweet’ captions, and to Lucy Torres’ advice, perhaps this is the time to connect the dots as followers just await ‘yes’ to the question: Are they dating?

Home Sweetie Home stars John Lloyd Cruz and Ellen Adarna have been filling the headlines of the showbiz industry ever since they flooded their accounts with their moments together. Mouths speak and minds speculate as the two continue to drop pieces of their seemingly vague puzzle.

Just this Sunday, Ellen posted an Instagram story on how she spent the day with John Lloyd together with their friends, as they walked in the sunset just by Manila Bay.

John Lloyd dropped a fiercer bomb on his Instagram account that got the people to talk louder, as he captioned “Sobrang baduy neto pero (This may really be cheesy but) this girl really did something good to my soul. I’ll always be grateful.” The photo was of Ellen hugging him and kissing his chin as he shows the camera a smile.

Their co-star Toni Gonzaga, John Lloyd’s wife in the series, chose to not comment on the two, but another star surfaced as Ellen shared on her Instagram story a conversation she had with Lucy Torres-Gomez.

Lucy advised Ellen in Bisaya translated as “Gamitin mo na ang kandila. Romansa (Use the candle. Romance) is alive and live!” in which the latter replied “Malapit na (Soon)!”

Huwag kang malungkot kung maubos! ‘Pag naubos na, padalhan kita ng supply para patuloy ang romansa (Do not be sad if it runs out! If it does, I will send you a supply to continue the romance). Happy for you! Enjoy the journey!” Lucy then said.

Ellen’s rumoured boyfriend John Lloyd was not mentioned, but their photos and videos together can be linked to support the rumors.

Just to add more to these floating pieces, on one of their videos together, the actor can also be heard calling Ellen ‘baby,’ and the actress on a caption of her post called John Lloyd, ‘baby love.’

The rumors started when the two filled their social media accounts of their adventures when they went for a vacation in Cebu, which had a part two.

As of now, the only statement given was of John Lloyd as he told the press before that he is not confirming anything apart from their ‘close relationship.’
