He declared that nearly ₱25 billion in public assets have been preserved, while more than ₱800 million has been returned to the National Treasury. Marcos also stated that investigations into flood control projects would continue.
Marcos proposed raising the income tax exemption threshold to ₱350,000 yearly and emphasized the U.S.-backed Pax Silica Industrial Hub that aims to increase AI-driven manufacturing and semiconductor fabrication.
He also declared the deployment of 10,000 School Counselor Associates, extended PhilHealth preventive benefits by 2027, the suggested opening of the North-South Commuter Railway and MRT-7 by 2027, and reiterated the Philippines’ commitment to protecting the West Philippine Sea.
