Yulo brothers to lead PH gymnastics team at 20th Asian Games in Japan

Double Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo and his brother Karl Eldrew Yulo will lead the Philippine gymnastics team at the 20th Asian Games in Nagoya, Japan. The Yulo brothers will compete together again after both took part in the 2026 Asian Gymnastics Championships.
This marks Carlos Yulo’s second Asian Games appearance since his debut in Jakarta in 2018.
According to the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC), the official roster for men’s artistic gymnastics also includes Juancho Miguel Besana, Justine Ace de Leon, and Zachary Cortins Nuñez.
The women’s team is composed of Paris Olympian Levi Ruiviviar, along with Kylee Kvamme, Chiara Dawn Andrew, Lauren Supnet, and Haylee Garcia.
In rhythmic gymnastics, the Philippines will be represented by Breanna Labadan and Jasmine Althea Ramilo, while the trampoline events will see Jerry Ilano Jr. competing in the men’s category and Luvicar Janine Padilla in the women’s.
The gymnastics events will be held at Nippon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya, Japan next month.
