SOUTH KOREA – K-pop mixed-gender group KARD has officially announced disbandment after almost nine years together.
The surprise statement came from DSP Media on July 6 while the performers were in the middle of their DRIFT World Tour. Their agency confirmed that the decision was made after conversations with all the members.
KARD’s first full-length studio album and continuing tour will be the group’s last projects. They thanked Hidden KARDs for their steadfast support and pushed fans to continue celebrating their last chapter.
Their farewell album, Where To Now? (Part.2): NOWHERE, is set for release on July 28 across different global platforms. It will conclude the group’s two-part Where To Now? and will mirror their journey and growth since their 2017 debut.
The DRIFT World Tour will continue with concerts across Asia and Europe, including the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Indonesia, and Bulgaria, giving Hidden KARDs the final chance to see them together.
