MANILA – Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy is back with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) after posting bail.

The crass internet content creator was transferred back to the BI Warden Facility at Camp Bagong Diwa after posting bail before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) branch 153 in Taguig City on June 18.

“Because he faces a deportation case, even if he files for bail for his local cases, he will still be returned to the custody of the BI,” BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said in a news release late Friday.

“He will not be allowed to roam around as he is already seen as an undesirable alien.”

Zdorovetskiy will remain in the BI facility until required to face the court.

He was turned over to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology facility, also in Taguig, on June 11 for local cases, including unjust vexation.

Viado said that while the Russian has an ongoing deportation case, he will not be sent home until his local cases are resolved and he has served the sentence, if any.

“Justice will be served to the fullest extent. Foreign guests are expected to follow the law during their stay in the Philippines. We will not allow them to abuse our hospitality and disrespect our people and our country,” he added.

Zdorovetskiy was arrested in Pasay City on April 2 for being an undesirable alien following complaints of harassment and insult on Filipinos to spice up his YouTube account.
