MANILA – Former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque is still in the country, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) reported on Monday.

In August, the BI issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against Roque.

A separate ILBO was issued against his wife, Mylah, last Sept.
