Ed Sheeran’s new single to be released this June
A new Ed Sheeran’s solo single is set to be released this month.
The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter announced that his new song, “Bad Habits,” will drop on June 25, Friday. He shared the news along with a video teaser where he can be seen facing a mirror, sporting a vampire look.
In an Instagram post, he said everyone can now pre-order and pre-save his new single through the link he put in his IG bio.
Ed earlier shared a photo of his reaction “The moment you realise your first solo single in 4 years is coming out in a few weeks.”
This was followed by another photo where he can be seen wearing vampire fangs and black stiletto nails.
In December 2020, “Shape of You” singer gave his fans an early Christmas gift with the release of “Afterglow,” a song which, he said, he wrote in 2019. Ed clarified that it is not the first single from his next album, but “just a song I love, and hope you love too.”
Also in 2019, Ed released the music video for his song “Put It All on Me” featuring Ella Mai. The music video was filled with love stories of different couples, including Ed and his wife, Cherry Seaborn.
“Put It All on Me” was from his “No. 6 Collaborations Project,” wherein he joined forces with other artists such as Justin Bieber, Camila Cabello, Khalid, Chance The Rapper, Cardi B, and Eminem, among others.
In December 2019, Ed announced that he would be taking another break again as he had been “a bit nonstop” since 2017, the year he released his third studio album, “Divide.”
