Another JC-Bela tandem: 100 Tula Para Kay Stella gets a sequel
JC Santos and Bela Padilla are not done with breaking hearts yet. Not when a sequel to the hit 2017 film 100 Tula Para Kay Stella is in the works.
It was through a tweet when the director of the film Jason Paul Laxamana made the announcement.
On Tuesday, January 28, Laxamana wrote, “And it’s official. #100tulaparakaystella2 #100tulaparakaystella.” The tweet was accompanied by a photo of himself right next to its poster.

As of writing, no other details about the upcoming film like its release date is known or unveiled. However, it’s confirmed that there is another chapter to be read about Fidel and Stella.
100 Tula Para Kay Stella is about college student Fidel (played by JC) who has a speech defect and Stella, an aspiring musician. Despite being polar opposites, Fidel falls for Stella and secretly wrote her love poems, not having the courage to tell her how he feels until his 100th.
If love teams exist, maybe heartbreak teams exist too in the form of JC and Bela’s tandem.
They are already known for the heartbreaking scenes they tell by playing different roles. After 100 Tula Para Kay Stella, they also starred in the 2018 film The Day After Valentine’s, and their film that’s set to premier days from now is On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets.
