Kathryn Bernardo, Vice Ganda are top Twitter Filipino celebs from April to June 2019

Kapamilya stars Kathryn Bernardo and Vice Ganda continued to shine bright at the peak of the list of top Twitter Filipino celebrities from April 1 to June 30, 2019, based on the data showed by Twitter Philippines on Tuesday, July 16.

“@bernardokath proves to be a true queen as she retains her spot as the top Filipino female celebrity on Twitter, while @vicegandako is still the top Filipino male celeb thanks to the on-going success of his shows and cosmetics brand,” the social media platform said in its tweet.

Placing second on the list of top female celebrities is Maris Racal, followed by Sue Ramirez, Anne Curtis-Smith, Gretchen Ho, Alex Gonzaga, Maymay Entrata, Sharlene San Pedro, Maine Mendoza, and Saab Magalona.

Vice, on the other hand, was followed by Donny Pangilinan, then Kyle Echarri, Charles Kieron or CK, Alden Richards, Joshua Garcia, Bullet Dumas, Atom Araullo, Marlo Mortel, and TJ Monterde.

The country’s “Teen Queen” and the “unkabogable” star are not the only Kapamilya celebrities that led the rankings of other categories.

Darren Espanto has risen above the list of top OPM (original Pinoy music) musicians on Twitter. Placing second is Iñigo Pascual, then Argee Guerrero, better known as I Belong To The Zoo, Maris, and lastly, Moira Dela Torre.

“There’s no stopping @Espanto2001 from ruling the Twitterverse once again. Congratulations to Darren and the ever-loyal #Darrenatics for keeping the spot as the most talked-about OPM artist on Twitter,” Twitter Philippines said.

MayWard, which composed of MayMay and Edward Barber, also ranked first on the list of top love teams on Twitter, followed by AlDub (Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza), DonKiss (Donny and Kisses Delavin), KathNiel (Kathryn and Daniel Padilla), and JaDine (James Reid and Nadine Lustre).

“With lots of projects up their sleeves, #MayWard bags the number one spot on our Top Loveteams list (April-June 2019). More kilig vibes please, @maymayentrata07 and @Barber_Edward,” the social media platform said.

Aside from these personalities, Kapamilya shows like “The General’s Daughter” and “Kadenang Ginto” also landed on the first and second spot, respectively, in the top teleseryes on Twitter category. Ranking third was Kapuso’s “Love You Two,” then “Daddy’s Gurl,” and “Dragon Lady.”

Twitter Philippines said the rankings are based on engagement and “doesn’t show sentiment of conversation towards the individuals.”
