MANILA — An exit door at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 was forced open on Friday afternoon, and passengers waited for 41 minutes to finally get off to the arrival concourse.

According to the Manila International Authority (MIAA), the exit door at NAIA Terminal 3’s Gate 108 failed to open. The incident affected a Cebu Pacific (CEB) flight from Bangkok.

“It took 41 minutes, from the time the plane was on blocks.
