Fragrance mogul Joel Cruz, President and CEO of Aficionado Germany Perfume, announces on social media the birth of his new baby boy who was born through surrogacy in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Joel posts a photo of the baby on Tuesday, November 6 captioned, My 8th child is born 2 hours ago in St. Petersburg, Russia. Thank you Lord for another very healthy baby boy! See you soon anak.” He has yet to reveal the name of his newest child as of writing.

The businessman, who brands himself a “gay, happy, and a single father” already has seven children through a process called InVitro Fertilization: six-year-old twins Prince Sean and Princess Synne, three-year-old twins Prince Harry and Prince Harvey, one-year-old twins Charles and Charlotte, and five-month-old baby boy Zeid. He says “if our good Lord allows,” he would like to have two more daughters. Despite criticism from netizens, he states he has “no plan to marry the mother of [his children] because it was a program wherein the biological mother offered her services to donate egg cells and carried my first set of twin,” even adding that the Russian mother “has a very happy family and life to enjoy!”

On social media, Joel also responds to the comment of one netizen asking how they can apply to be a nanny to his kids after he posted a photo with the six members of his helper and his children at Tokyo Disney Sea. He happily replies, “For those who would like to apply for a nanny or nurse of my children, you can submit your resume or biodata to our office: Aficionado building, # 1770-1774 Instruccion street corner N. S. Amoranto (formerly Retiro) street, Sampaloc, Manila 1008. Attention: H. R. Manager.”
