Not wanting his fans to continue playing the guessing game anymore about his relationship status, actor Nash Aguas finally decided to reveal the real score between him and his former Goin’ Bulilit co-star Mika Dela Cruz.

In an interview yesterday, October 26, at the press conference of his horror-thriller film, Class of 2018, Nash was asked by entertainment reporters, “kayo na ni Mika (Are you in a relationship with Mika)?”

Flashing a huge and bright smile to the media as seen in a video uploaded by Allan Diones on YouTube, Nash answered, “Opo, sinagot na rin ako sa wakas (Yes, she finally answered me).”

Nash shared that it was last October 20, when Mika finally gave her sweet ‘yes,’ through a 15-page letter, after he courted her for a year.

“‘Yung iyak ko po noon, parang pang TV Patrol eh. ‘Yung parang ngawa (I was crying a river like the ones in TV Patrol),” he said.

In that 15-page letter, back when I was still a kid, I totally had a crush on her to the point that I even carried her bag. I was giving signs that I do not want her to be my friend, but I want her to become my girlfriend).”

“Pero siya, sobrang takot niya sa ate niya kaya sobrang tinatarayan niya ako. Sobrang maldita niya sa akin, like, pinapahirapan niya ako, hindi niya ko pinapansin (But she was afraid of her sister that is why she was being grumpy at me. She was really mean to me, like, she was making things hard for me, she was ignoring me),” he continued.

Nash went on saying, “So, dumating ang point na napagod ako. Tapos po nun, parang sa 15 pages na ‘yun, doon niya sinabi lahat ng side niya kung bakit niya ginawa ‘yun (So, I came to the point where I’m tired already. After that, in that 15-page letter, she aired her side, explaining why she did those things to me).”

But what made the 20-year-old actor pursue Mika and wait for her for 12 months?

“Siguro siya talaga (Maybe she is the one),” Nash answered.

Before being in a relationship with Mika, who is now a Kapuso artist, Nash dated the other Goin’ Bulilit alumna, Alexa Ilacad.

The The Good Son actor, in his interview, clarified that he and Alexa have already broken up before he courted Mika. Despite what he and Alexa went through when they were still dating, Nash, nonetheless, thanked Alexa because he became matured.

“Thankful ako na naging M.U. (mutual understanding) kami kasi in a way, blessing in disguise siya kahit hindi nagwork pero natuto ako eh… kumbaga nagmature ako (I’m thankful that we had a mutual understanding because in a way, it was a blessing in disguise that even though it did not work out, I was able to learn from our relationship… I have matured),” he said.

Nash and Mika were best known for their participation on ABS-CBN’s Goin’ Bulilit, a Children’s comedy show which airs every Sunday.
