Destabilization plots as real as terrorism, says Sara Duterte

Published

on

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio said that the destabilization plot against her father, President Rodrigo Duterte is a threat that is tantamount to terrorism, adding that the information of the said plot is reliable as it came from trusted sources.

According to her, “The threat of destabilization is as real as terrorism.”

This defense for her father came after Tindig-Pilipinas lambasted Duterte’s claims that there are destabilization plot against him and that he will not hesitate to declare revolutionary government until the end of his term if it will continue and cause havoc.

The cause-oriented group said that only a “paranoid and insecure little man” would do such.

Moreover, Duterte- Carpio said that the information of the alleged plans of destabilization against her father came “from intel reports and reliable sources inside the offices of the people identified with the opposition” but she did not drop the names of the members of the opposition who were involved.

She added that the oppositions whom she tagged as “power grabbers” have made their stand and have caught their attention.

As she puts it, “Power grabbers have made their point, made their presence felt, caught our attention, and we know who they are.”
