MANILA— The northeast monsoon and the tail-end of a cold front will bring rains in some parts of the country Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical  Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

In its 24-hour weather bulletin, PAGASA said the northeast monsoon is affecting northern Luzon. The region of Cordillera, and the provinces of Batangas, Cagayan, Babuyan, and Ilocos Norte will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
