MANILA — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will be conducting offsite/satellite registrations in 32 areas in the National Capital Region (NCR) in a bid to reach out to qualified citizens in connection with the ongoing voters registration process for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) next year.
