MANILA— Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Northern Luzon’s Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley regions, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its 24-hour forecast released Monday afternoon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and rest of the country.

Frontal system is affecting extreme Northern Luzon, noted PAGASA.

“Light to moderate winds blowing from the southeast to south will prevail over Luzon and the Visayas and from the east to southeast over Mindanao,” PAGASA continued.

Coastal waters nationwide will be slight to moderate.
