He posted 94 points after four legs of this five-leg epic race.

“In the practice round, I made a mistake over scrubbing the step-up, jumps because I want to set a record in the time trial,’Mangosong said, representing Yamaha Team.

“But when they cleaned my back, the right hand grip of back (throttle) got wet, and we didn’t noticed it,” said Mangosong who held his ground until he crossed the finish line.

The 25-year old Davao ace rider, who took the holeshot, despite losing the rubber grip pushed it hard gaining his momentum and earned a comfortable lead in the early going.

But JC Rellosa,25 of Iriga (Bicol), who started “dead last” at the start, worked slowly to stay in contention.
