DepEd to hold training for principals in April

MANILA,–The Department of Education (DepEd) will hold the 36th Principals Training and Development Program Cum National Board Conference of the Philippine Elementary School Principals Association (PESPA) in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental next month.

In a text message, the department confirmed that the conference will be held on April 19-21 at the SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City.

PESPA officers and board members, Senior High School principals and teachers in charge of public schools nationwide will join the conference, according to a department memorandum issued Wednesday.

The DepEd said participants could use local funds, which amounts to PHP10,000 for each participant, for accommodation, transportation and other incidental expenses.
