MANILA—United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) standard bearer Vice President Jejomar Binay assured residents of Benguet and Baguio City that he would expand the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and eliminate its fake beneficiaries under his administration.

Binay made the remarks in his speech at the Baguio Convention Center on Sunday

“I will remove beneficiaries who are not qualified at all or those who only qualified due to their political affiliations,” he said.

Binay also received the endorsement of Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan who explained how important it is for the next president to have experience and sincerity in serving the people.

“We endorse Vice President Jojo Binay. We have explained it clearly. Based on experience and sincerity, Binay has it all,” said Domogan.

Binay, along with other UNA candidates went on a motorcade from the Philippine Military Academy to the town of La Trinidad and Baguio City.

Also present during UNA’s campaign sortie in these areas were UNA senatorial candidates former Special Action Force director Getulio Napeñas, broadcaster Rey Langit and Parañaque City councilor Alma Moreno.
