Housewife Gigi Amparado, 32, cuddles her newly-born baby girl Daniella in a maternity bed at the Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Sta. Cruz, Manila early morning of Thursday (Jan. 1, 2015). Baby Daniella, weighing 3.93 lbs., was the first baby born in the said hospital at exactly 12:01 a.m. on New Year’s Day.

Midwife Juanita C. Patron of Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Sta. Cruz, Manila carefully puts down baby girl Daniella on the bed beside her mother, Gigi Amparado, 32, of Blk. 34-C, Lot 28, Phase 2-H, Dagat-Dagatan, Navotas City. Daniella, weighing 6.93 lbs., was the first New Year baby born in the said hospital at exactly 12.01 a.m. Thursday (Jan. 1, 2015).
