‘On the Job’ and ‘Boy Golden’ big winners at FAMAS

MANILA – KC Concepcion and ER Ejercito (Jeorge Estregan) took home the Best Actress and Best Actor awards from the 62nd Annual FAMAS Awards Night for their movie “Boy Golden: Shoot to Kill.”

Former Laguna governor ER Ejercito bested three other actors in the category: ‘Bossing’ Vic Sotto for “My Little Bossings,” Coco Martin for “A Moment in Time,” and co-stars Piolo Pascual and Gerald Anderson for “On The Job.”

Speaking of “On The Job.” The Erik Matti film won Best Director, Best Story, Best Screenplay, Best Sound, Best Editing, and of course Best Director — making it one of the most awarded films of the night.

Meanwhile, KC won over Ms. Lorna Tolentino for “Burgos” and the triple threat acting of Toni Gonzaga, Bea Alonzo, and Angel Locsin on “Four Sisters and a Wedding.”
