Sarah Geronimo talks about the right time for love

MANILA — In a press conference for the movie “Maybe this Time,” members of the press asked Sarah Geronimo when is the right time to fall in love.

She said,  “Wala namang makakapagsabi sa atin kung ano ang pag-ibig na nakalaan para sa ‘yo. Kapag ikaw ang nagmahal, siyempre you want to love to last forever.”

(No one can tell what kind of love is in store for you. When you fall in love, of course you want to love to last forever.

)

“Ibibigay mo ang 100 percent na pagmamahal mo, pero dapat alam mo kung paano alagaan ang sarili mo,” she added.

(You will give 100 percent of your love, but you should know how to take care of yourself.)

The 26-year-old actress-singer confessed that it is her first time to experience whatever she’s going through these days.

“Twenty-six na ako, pero first time kong nae-experience lahat ito. Basta ang importante lang siguro, you seek guidance kay Lord, hindi ba? Ipagdasal mo lang kung ano ang will Niya talaga,” Sarah said.

(I’m already 26, but it’s my first time to experience all these things.

Maybe what’s really important is you seek guidance from the Lord, isn’t it? Just pray for whatever His will really is.)

“Kapag nagmahal tayo, talagang ipaglalaban mo,” the Popstar Princess added.

(When we fall in love, you will really fight for it.)
