Stock your pantry with the best in gluten-free products and sample your way through the Gluten Free Market on Saturday June 14th at the International Centre in Mississauga. Heighten your senses through hundreds of educational tastings and interactive cooking presentations and learn about new gluten-free products and recipes to take home. The Gluten Free Market, in association with the Canadian Celiac Association (CCA), provides an opportunity to explore the gluten-free diet through various exhibitors’ products and recipes.

The show will be hosting an industry seminar on Friday June 13th exclusively for trade, media, and VIP to educate and showcase innovative gluten-free products within the industry. In addition to the seminar, the show will also allow an opportunity for exhibitors to get gluten-free certified during the Gluten-Free Certification Program on Friday.

Take home a gluten-free gift bag filled with the newest products and enter to win gluten-free products! All proceeds from the show will go to support the CCA, helping to improve the quality of life for millions of Canadian who are affected by gluten.
