UP graduate tops Bar exam; 1,174 passed

1,174 out of  5, 292 passed the 2013 Bar examination. Only 22.18% of the examinees will be proclaimed lawyers by the Supreme Court.

The 2013 Bar topnotcher is Nielson G. Pangan of the University of the Philippnines with a score of 85.80%.
