Scotland is not considering its independence from the United Kingdom. The people of Scotland have already considered it and decided to remain part of the UK. The only people considering it are Sturgeon’s party.
As for “outrage in Scotland” over Brexit, the only people outraged are, again, Sturgeon’s party. Meanwhile, Scotland’s economy is being flushed down the toilet as she travels the world (at taxpayer’s expense) telling anyone who will listen how great independence would be; yet potential investors back off.
