Despedida for Labour Attache Bernardino “Bernie” Julve

Several groups held a despedida for Labour Attache Bernardino “Bernie” Julve during the week, including the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver, the University of the Philippines Alumni Association in British Columbia (UPAABC), Historama and Balitang Canada. Atty. Julve will be returning to the Philippines to assume a post in the country.
