Two Boracay Express boats, each with a 200-seating capacity, are expected to start operation last week of January.

The Boracay Express management assured a seamless and shorter travel from Caticlan to Boracay Island and vice versa 24/7 daily.

Each boat trip will cost PHP75 for domestic and foreign tourists and PHP35 for Boracay locals and workers.

Current regular passenger rate for motorized boats to and from Boracay is at PHP25 during daytime and PHP30 for night trips.

The Boat Express management assured that boats will leave the port on schedule, even with only one passenger, to ensure on-time service.

A boat is scheduled to depart the port every 30 minutes.

A separate ticketing booth for the fast craft will be installed at the Caticlan Jetty Port and at the Cagban Jetty Port.
