Security information
For security reasons, visitors should refrain from bringing items such as backpacks or luggage to the Embassy. All visitors will be searched prior to entry.

The following items are not allowed in the Embassy premises and visitors will be asked to leave them with security staff:

– cellular telephones and other wireless communication devices;
– cameras and other recording devices;
– weapons of any kind, including batons, guns, knives, etc.

The Embassy reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone carrying large or suspicious packages, weapons, or any item which could potentially jeopardize the safety and security of our employees, clients and visitors.

After-Hours Emergency Contact
The Emergency Watch and Response Centre of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade is available to provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
