Kim Chiu admits Gerald Anderson cheated on her

MANILA – Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu finally admitted that her former boyfriend cheated on her. Although not directly mentioning actor Gerald Anderson’s name, the actress also admitted that she only had one ex-boyfriend.

On the latest episode of the comedy variety show and talk show “Gandang Gabi Vice,” Kim and co-star Iza Calzado promoted their upcoming movie – “Etiquette for Mistresses.”

Host Vice Ganda then asked the 25-year-old actress how she would deal with mistresses now that she had a chance to portray one and understand a mistress’s pain and struggles.

“Ngayong naunawaan mo na sila, paano kung magkaroon ng mistress sa loob ng sarili mong relasyon? Mauunawan mo rin ba sila?” he asked.

(Now that you understand them, what will you do if a mistress gets involved in your own relationship?

Will you understand [her]?)

“Meron kasing kasabihan ‘yan na (there’s a saying for that), ‘Sharing is good, but cheating is bad,” she answered.

Based on the actress’s personal experience, Vice Ganda asked Kim if she ever had an ex-boyfriend who cheated on her.

“Walang banggitan ng pangalan, ang tanong ko na lang, nangyari na ba sa iyo na nangaliwa ang boyfriend mo?” he asked.

(No mentioning of names, my only question is, did you already experience having a boyfriend who cheated on you?)

“Oo,” she replied. “Hindi naman natin maipagkakaila… Totoo yung sinasabi nila na [nung] iyak ka nang iyak na, ‘Pagtatawanan mo lang ‘yan [paglipas ng panahon].’”

(Yes… We can’t deny… What they were saying when I was crying that, ‘No, you’ll just laugh about it someday’ is true.)

Vice Ganda then asked, “Nakailang boyfriends ka na ba? (How many boyfriends have you had?

)

“Isa (one),” the actress replied.

It can be noted that Kim and Gerald admitted being in a relationship five years ago.
