‘We are okay’ — John Lloyd on breakup rumors with Angelica

MANILA — Following reports on his alleged breakup with girlfriend Angelica Panganiban, John Lloyd Cruz has finally spoken on the issue.

Cruz denied the allegations adding that he and Panganiban are okay and are happy.

“We are okay, we are okay. We are happy to be together,” he said in an interview for ABS-CBN news.

Cruz said that he is no longer surprised with those kind of rumors and he and Panganiban are already used to it.

“Sanay na kami sa mga tanga-tangang balita… Parang kung mapipikon ako, hindi sa mga ganyang klaseng sabi-sabi. Parang kung mapipikon ako, dapat noon pa ako napikon, lalo na sa mga taong hindi dapat nabubuhay sa mundo,” he said.

(We’re already used to those stupid reports. I won’t get pissed on those kind of rumors. It’s like, if I’ll get pissed, maybe I already did a long time ago specially with those people who don’t deserve to be born in this world.)

He added that they always find time for each other no matter how busy they are working with their projects.

“Kahit na working week ito, for me somehow we still managed na magkaroon kami ng oras sa isa’t isa, makita ko siya,” he added.

(Though its a  working week, for me we somehow still managed to find time for each other, for me to see her.)
