In the same year, she became a member of the national junior team which saw action at the 43rd Southeast Asian Age Group Swimming Championships in Cambodia.
Tom has been a member of the Cainta Alpha Dragons team since she was five years old. She started training under Marichi Gandionco, the head coach of the Rising Atlantis Swim Club last Dec. 1.
