BAGUIO CITY – Baguio City has been experiencing cold nights and colder mornings since the last week of October and will be felt until about the second week of February 2015.

In an interview on Friday,Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) Baguio Weather Forecaster Danny Galati said the cold spell is brought about by the North East Monsoon or Amihan blown from Siberia and Mainland China.
