Suntay, Eufemio C. Lagumbay and Godofredo T. Liban II, the City Council authorized the deposit of PhP200,000 each at East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC), National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI), National Children’s Hospital (NCH), and Philippine Heart Center (PHC) to be utilized for the medical expenses of city residents/patients confined or treated at the said institutions.

Under the resolution, the four hospitals are required to prioritize the health care needs of the underprivileged, sick, elderly, persons with disability (PWDs), women and children.
