MANILA – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is mounting a repatriation flight for stranded and distressed Filipinos in Italy and nearby states amid the current coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) crisis, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced Wednesday.
