DOJ welcomes 23 new judges

MANILA — Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Friday announced 23 new appointees to first-level courts in the country.

The newly-named judges of municipal/metropolitan trial courts (MTCs) and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts (MCTCs) are:
