‘Henry’ grounds 500 seagoing passengers in 3 ports
MANILA — Inclement weather conditions caused by Typhoon “Henry” has now stranded 500 seagoing passengers in the Ports of Cebu, Tagbilaran and Camarines Sur.
This was disclosed by the Coast Guard in its 8 a.
m. update Tuesday.
The number of affected passengers can be broken down into as follows: 246 for Cebu, 212 for Tagbilaran and 42 for Camarines Sur.
While number of stranded ships is placed at 12 with nine for Cebu and three for Tagbilaran.
Two motorbancas were also reported immobilized in Cebu and Camarines Sur.
