Several Build, Build, Build projects near completion
In line with the policy instruction of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark A. Villar to ensure the delivery of quality “Build, Build, Build” construction products to ultimate customers that is the travelling public, Undersecretary Emil K.
