Several Build, Build, Build projects near completion

In line with the policy instruction of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark A. Villar to ensure the delivery of quality “Build, Build, Build” construction products to ultimate customers that is the travelling public, Undersecretary Emil K. Sadain (2^nd from right), in-charge of DPWH Unified Project Management Office (UPMO) operations and Technical Services, conducts quality inspections with the near completion of works at Phase 2 of Plaridel Bypass Road Project that will fully link North Luzon Expressway in Balagtas, Bulacan with the Philippine Japan Friendship Highway, also called Maharlika Highway, in San Rafael, Bulacan within 30 minutes.
