Carlo surprise visits Angelica at event

People cannot get over the possibility of ex-lovers and on-screen partners Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino. Period.
As much as the two claim that they really are just the closest pair of friends, the fact that they had a past relationship and both currently single are perhaps some of the biggest reasons for people to still continue ‘shipping’ them. But the ‘kilig’ is not over as Carlo paid a surprise visit to one of Angelica’s events.
A series of photos of Carlo visiting Angelica during her launching of a book she wrote the foreword on Saturday, were posted on her official Facebook page.
In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), Angelica admitted that she thought Carlo was only joking.
“Hindi ko kasi alam na seseryosohin, akala ko talaga usapang barbero ‘yung sasama siya. Ang tagal na nun, two weeks na ‘yun (I really did not know that he will take it seriously, I thought he was only kidding when he said that he would come. That was a long time ago, about two weeks ago already),” Angelica said.
“Nagpapasalamat ako dahil isa sa mga ex ko nirespeto ako, pinuntahan ako dito (I am thankful that one of my exes respected me by coming here),” she added joking.
During the press conference, the media, of course, did not let the moment slide to ask the two the same questions they have been bombarded with recently.
“Kami na ulit, hindi ninyo ba alam (We are together again, you did not know)?” Angelica joked.
On a serious note, Angelica said that their years of being friends has surpassed the years of being together romantically. And people are just adding colors because they had a past.
Just like past interviews, Angelica still maintained that she is not closing her doors. “Sabi ko nga, mahirap lagyan ng limit ang mga bagay (As I said, it is difficult to place limit on things),” she said.
She also added, “Tingin ko, hayaan mo lang ang mga bagay-bagay (I think you just have to let things be).”
On Valentine’s Day, Carlo sent Angelica a bouquet of white roses.

The constant questions of the possible comeback of their relationship arose when both parties in separate interviews said they are not closing their doors for the possibility.
