CAMP GEN. PACIANO RIZAL, Sta. Cruz, Laguna— Laguna cops took time off from their grueling duties by organizing their basketball league which opened Wednesday at the newly-built multi-purpose covered court at the police provincial command headquarters here.

Laguna police provincial director Senior Superintendent Cecilio R. Ison Jr. led the opening rites of the basketball tournament as part of the inaugural activities of the newly-built arena.

“We utilize the workplace as an ideal environment to provide opportunities for physical activity to our personnel to promote healthy behavior and physical fitness,” Ison said.
