PBA player dismisses relationship rumors with Vice Ganda

MANILA –PBA player Terrence Romeo refuted rumors that he had a relationship with TV host-comedian Vice Ganda.

Romeo has long been linked to the 38-year-old comedian. It started during his college days in Far Eastern University, where Vice Ganda is also an alumnus.

Breakup issue

Just two weeks ago, the “It’s Showtime” host posted on twitter,  “It’s over. i TRied  but im TiRed. time To Rest.”

The netizens speculated anew that Vice Ganda was referring to Romeo as his ex-boyfriend.

In an interview with Pep.ph., Romeo denied all the speculations.

“Sana matapos na ‘yung isyu na ‘yan, dahil paulit ulit lang naman na hindi katotohanan! Isang multo yan ng imahe ko na gusto ko nang mabura totally,” he said.

(I am hoping that that issue will come to an end, because it’s just repeated lies!

It’s a ghost of my image that I want to totally erase.)

The 21-year-old athlete also appealed to the fans to stop spreading wrong information about him:

“Sana huwag na silang gumawa ng mga bagay na hindi totoo. Sariling buhay na lang nila yung pansinin nila,” he ended.

(I hope they’ll stop creating issues that are not true. Just mind their own lives.)
