The Lolas were human representations of clean fun and age-old values that never run out of style among Filipinos.  They can talk to the older set and remind them lessons on life as well as engage the millennials in a lesson or two about adulting.  Suffice to say that “relatability” among viewers is indeed the Lolas’ primary asset, making them the most sought-after trio that can “speak” to the hearts and minds of most Filipinos—as simple as turning sadness into positive vibes! They have set a standard on trends as well. Who would ever forget Lola Nidora’s “Babala!” or Lola Tidora’s “Whooo!” and who would not recall Lola Tinidora’s comic dance to “Mambo No.5”?

Surely, these are some of the things that the viewers miss on Eat Bulaga. But because of insistent viewers’ demand, the Lolas are finally returning on television.

All of these antics plus A-List guest celebrities will surely fill up those weekday longings for laughter in a new talk show featuring the three Lolas!
