Youtuber Wil Dasovich, who became a viral sensation after revealing he was diagnosed with cancer, finally disclosed the stage of his disease and his chances of survival.

In his latest vlog from his Youtube channel, the 26-year-old former Pinoy Big Brother said that his colon cancer is at stage 3.

“It’s developed, it has got in my lymph nodes but it hasn’t metastasized so it’s not in my liver brain or lungs and honestly I’m cool with that ‘cause I look at the statistics of stage 4 and it’s scary. Stage 3 there’s a lot better chance so I’m good,” Dasovich said in a video.

His doctor initially told him that it was in his rectum so he thought it was a rectal cancer. Later when he met with his surgeon, Dasovich found out that it was in the colon and not in the rectum.

He added that he have to undergo radiation, chemotherapy, surgery, and any other possible treatment methods to beat the disease.

Despite the news, Dasovich said he has cracked jokes the whole process because he said that there is no point to be ‘gloomy’. He added that his doctor even named him as the ‘happiest and most ecstatic cancer patient he have ever had.’

However, he admitted that he broke down and cried when the doctor told him that he have to undergo radiation treatment where it would kill his chances of having a child in the future.

“I have to do radiation tests and chemotherapy, surgery and the whole nine yards and the point they made in the radiation is that you have a 100 percent chance you can’t have kids and finally I broke down and started crying because I always imagined having an army of kids or children,” he said.

The medical team decided that he does not have to undergo radiation treatment and that he might still be able to have children in spite going through chemotherapy.

“The good news is that I don’t have to go to radiation so I will have chance of having kids and radiation is a lengthy process so it will cut down year and a half or easily a year”, Dasovich said.

“As of now I presume the hardest part of this mentally is over. Nothing else to wonder or worry about. We now have the details and can begin the treatment process to becoming cancer free,” he added. “I look at today as a huge win because although it is not the best situation, it could have been worse.”
