In response to the United States’ aggressive actions towards Pyongyang, the Foreign Ministry of North Korea had announced that it will speed up its nuclear program.

North Korea’s U.N. Mission had circulated a statement from North Korea’s Spokesman made on Monday, calling the U.

S.-South Korean military drills a “U.S. aggression hysteria” and that it has reached its highest point. It was also announced that Pyongyang is already “on the brink of nuclear war.”

Pyongyang also threatened that it “will continue to bolster its military capabilities for self-defense and preemptive nuclear attack” unless the U.S. ends its “hostile policy” to bring an armed attack against the hermit nation.

It has been previously reported that U.S. President Donald Trump is considering to not only enforce more sanctions on North Korea but to also “engage” in a possible military offensive action.
