TAGUIG, Philippines — Housing developers, government policymakers, financial institutions and other industry stakeholders will come together for the 34th National Developers Convention on September 16 and 17, 2026, at Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Organized by the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA), the two-day convention will provide a platform for discussions on the policies, market changes and emerging solutions shaping housing and community development in the Philippines.
This year’s gathering carries the theme, “Elevate: Sustaining Progress through Collaboration and Strategic Housing Innovations.” It aims to encourage stronger cooperation across the housing value chain as the industry responds to evolving buyer preferences, regulatory changes and demand for more affordable, sustainable and inclusive communities.
Sessions will cover housing policy and regulatory developments, financing, household and homebuyer trends, strategic housing innovations and sustainability. Participants will also have opportunities to exchange insights, establish partnerships and explore practical approaches to addressing the country’s housing needs.
The convention comes as residential demand expands beyond Metro Manila, supported by infrastructure development and growing interest in suburban and emerging urban centers. First-time buyers and young families continue to influence demand, particularly in the economic and affordable housing segments.
At the same time, developers must keep pace with policy adjustments and shifting market conditions to ensure that projects remain accessible, responsive and viable.
Now in its 34th year, the National Developers Convention is one of the country’s key gatherings for the housing and real estate development sector. It brings together stakeholders whose decisions and partnerships help shape the future of Philippine communities.
Registration remains open for interested participants.
