Alternative modes of learning will again be implemented in several schools across the country today, as authorities continue to respond to the effects of bad weather.
Malacañang issued a fresh memorandum circular yesterday directing all schools in Metro Manila to shift to alternative learning modes.
The directive also covers 17 other provinces, including Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga, as well as Tarlac, Zambales, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, and Oriental Mindoro.
