Pinoy Festival 2026 in Burnaby turns into two-day June event

BURNABY, British Columbia — The largely anticipated 4th annual Pinoy Festival in British Columbia is going to be bigger than ever following its new two-day run schedule, the Pinoy Festival Alliance announced Wednesday.

“Two full days of music, culture, food, and community celebration with thousands coming together to celebrate Filipino pride!” the group wrote in a post.

The festive event, themed “Panahon na para Magsaya” this year, will be held at the Swangard Stadium, 6100 Boundary Road, Burnaby on June 20 and 21, 2026.

The cultural parade and program will be held on the first day, while the music festival will take place on the second day.

Other featured activities will include community booths, a grand tiangge, a beer garden, a Philippine cultural fashion showcase, and a “Hataw Zumbaynanan”.
